Refund Policy

Fees and Charges: 

By enrolling in any of HavoCentre’s course, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method you have selected under the course enrolment term. 

You are required to pay the total amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.

Trainee fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, video tutorials, online PDFs or workbooks dependent upon the course of study chosen. 

Refund And Cancellation Policy: 

You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid ONLY if Havocentre.com cancels the nominated course before you have logged in to access the system. 

You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the Trainee decide to cancel within the 5 – business day money-back guarantee period, please note there is an admin fee of 30% Course Fees (to cover processing fees/set up fees we incur). 

You will need to pay these fees in total if you have incurred additional late/failed payment fees with our payment plan provider.

Havocentre.com does not offer full refunds outside of the 5- business day period under any circumstances due to our significant intellectual property and goodwill. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at: support@havocentre.com.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Online courses CANNOT be transferred to another Trainee.
  • Orders placed under a “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Refunds are not issued for transfers to courses of equal or lesser value. 
  • If you transfer to a more expensive course, you must provide payment for the additional tuition at the time of transfer.

You can:

  • Opt to transfer to a different course if your chosen course is not suitable. *Dependant on the course 
  • Unlimited Access: so you can return to complete the course at any time *Dependent on the course  

Course commencement:

Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access.

Unlimited Access: 

Unlimited access means that your course access does not expire.  Therefore, as long as you are active for any time over 12 months, your login and password will remain active so that you can access your course.  The only exception to “unlimited access” is if the course is cancelled, updated or changed.  This will only happen if all Trainees have completed the course. *Dependant on the course

Online Advanced (Elite) Professional Course Refund Policy

Trainees who register for a training course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for Trainees who decide not to take the course. Refunds for HavoCentre’s online courses are only given under the following circumstances:

  • The Trainee/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the Trainee/user requests a refund, in writing via email within five business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any online professional courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
  • A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of 30% of Course fee.
  • All shipped course materials (books, study guides, CDs, Self-Study Kits, Videos, etc.) are returned, unopened/unused at your own expense if you accept delivery of the package.
  • Additional restocking and shipping costs may apply to returned books.

Please understand that with the enrollment and accessing of your online course, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy. For some courses and programs there are no extensions granted for such courses. If you do not complete your course by the end-date on your welcome letter, there will be additional fees for extended access.

Online Intermediate (Mid-Level) Course Refund Policy

  • The Trainee/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the Trainee/user requests a refund, in writing via email within 72 hours of enrolling in the course.
  • We are unable to offer refunds after the exam has been attempted.

 Online Basic (Primer) Course Refund Policy

  • The Trainee/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the Trainee/user requests a refund, in writing via email within 72 hours of enrolling in the course.
  • We are unable to offer refunds after the exam has been attempted.
  • A refund will be issued less the materials fee for the course.
